As promised, this post is a follow up to my previous one about finding your one word for 2012. What’s great about finding that one word is that it will almost always represent a GOAL for you. Often times we mistake strategies for goals. We think “to make $80k a year” is a goal, when that is a strategy — an action step that may or may not feed our overall big, juicy goal.
